Spotted: Richard Phillips

The last time I was this excited, Phillip Lim announced his shoe line. The thought of 3.1 bows head to toe was almost too much to handle. Almost. This time my fashion freak out is all about Richard Phillips.

Those of you who pay attention to the fine details, surely noticed Richard Phillip's paintings hung on the walls of the Gossip Girls lofts. While interning in New York City, a friend and I found a real restaurant gem located on the seventh floor at Bloomingdales.
